FOUNDING PARTNER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steven Arce
Ricardo Estevan “Steven” Arce was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2013, he moved to San Antonio, Texas,
which he now proudly calls home. Steven earned his Bachelor
of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary’s University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020.
Before establishing his own practice, Steven spent four years handling family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. During that time, he gained valuable courtroom and
litigation experience while advocating for clients in complex and high-stakes legal matters.
In 2025, Steven founded the Steven Arce Law Firm, PLLC, driven by his passion for justice and dedication to helping individuals and families injured by the negligence of others. He built the
practice on a commitment to compassionate service, aggressive advocacy, and results-driven representation.
In 2026, Steven and his wife, Valeria Guerra, combined their legal experience, professional strengths, and shared vision to establish Arce Guerra Law. Together, they created a firm centered on personalized service, strong advocacy, and meaningful results for injured clients and their families. As Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Steven leads the firm’s vision and growth while continuing to represent clients throughout Texas and New Mexico.
Outside of the office, Steven enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with Valeria, their daughter, Jimena, and their two dogs, Bruno and Bradley.

PARTNER / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Valeria Guerra
Valeria Guerra was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and immigrated with her family to Laredo, Texas, where she was raised. She graduated summa cum laude from Texas
A&M International University in 2017 before earning her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2021.
During her undergraduate years, Valeria was heavily active in leadership and volunteer work, served as a First-Year Student Mentor, and interned at the local District Attorney’s Office, where her interest in law school began to grow. While in law school, Valeria received the Dean’s Award for academic excellence, served as a research assistant for Dr. Roberto Rosas for two years, and was recognized as a Dean’s List honoree.
Valeria is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Arce Guerra Law, a firm she co-founded in 2026. In addition to representing injured clients, Valeria oversees the firm’s business
operations, internal systems, and day-to-day management.
Before co-founding Arce Guerra Law, Valeria previously practiced personal injury law where she represented individuals and families injured in auto, trucking, pedestrian, wrongful death, and drunk driving accident cases.
Valeria’s legal experience also includes immigration law, where she helped clients navigate complex and often stressful legal matters. This background strengthened her ability to advocate
with compassion, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach.

CASE MANAGER
Dalia Arce
Dalia Arce was born in DeKalb, Illinois, and currently resides in Edinburg, Texas. She attended
the University of Texas–Pan American, where she studied Business Administration and Management.
Before entering the legal field, Dalia spent 26 years in the banking industry, including 11 years as
a Banking Center Manager. She later worked at the Hidalgo County Tax Office before joining
the Steven Arce Law Firm and continuing her role with Arce Guerra Law as a Case Manager.
Dalia draws on her extensive management and customer service experience to guide clients
through the claims process, provide regular case updates, and help ensure their needs are
addressed throughout their case. She is dependable, compassionate, hardworking, and committed to providing every client with attentive and personalized support.
Outside of the office, Dalia enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, their four children, two
grandsons, and granddaughter.
